She has more than 1000 followers on social media and has recently launched a YouTube channel.

She is a registered dietitian and provides confidential, individual nutrition advice to meet your personal situation and requirements, whether you are looking for weight loss programmes; help with how and what to feed your child; a specific diet plan to manage a medical condition; or eating better to achieve more in your exercise.

The science of nutrition looks at the provision of necessary nutrients to the body to support life, health and growth. Many common health problems can be prevented, managed and improved with a healthy diet and lifestyle. However, eating and our relationships with food are individual, emotive and often far from scientific, therefore an approach tailored to each client achieves better results, more quickly.

[wpi_designer_button id=2218]

• Infant & toddler nutrition including weaning, dietary requirements and fussy eating
• Weight management and weight loss programmes
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) including foods to avoid and individually tailored plans
• Healthy eating for children including fussy eating, weight management and behavioural problems

Please see the services page for a complete list list of The London Nutritionist specialist areas.

Make an appointment to see The London Nutritionist

Call the London Nutritionist on 07540 305 699 or email Jo at jo@staging.thelondonnutritionist.co.uk or view the clinics page.

Dietitians
Dietitians are the only qualified health professionals that assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider public health level.
